P & K Recruitment Wakefield opened its doors for business on August 2007, establishing our presence in West Yorkshire. Situated in the prestigious area of St. Johns we are suitably placed in the heart of the region to work closely with schools and teachers in Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield and further a field into York and North Yorkshire.
Our combined education recruitment experience of over ten years working both in large international and small local businesses now allows is to consolidate that experience and provide the best service to both our schools and teachers.
We are recruiting Teachers, Instructors and Support staff in the following areas to work with us –
- Foundation and Nursery
- Primary – KS1 & KS2
- Secondary – All subjects
- SEN – All areas
All of our teaching staff are paid to the National Main Pay Scale, and our Instructors and Support staff are paid in line with current market conditions. We provide a personal, friendly and supportive service to our staff and are regularly recommended to other Teachers.
All of our staff are vetted and interviewed face to face. We use an extensive and thorough clearance and checking process, in line with the DfES Quality Mark for Supply Teaching Agencies and we are keen that all of our candidates meet our highest standards before we place them into our schools.
We pride ourselves on our ability to work closely with schools and teachers and provide a bespoke recruitment service to both candidate and client. We are able to supply staff for all types of cover: day to day emergency supply cover, planned absences, long term cover.
